Williams Fork Reservoir

Williams Fork Reservoir's covers a surface area of 1,860 acres, and has a shoreline of 15.8 miles. It was finished in 1959, and also consists of the Williams Fork Dam and Power Plant.

The Williams Fork Reservoir is a great place to enjoy a plethora of recreational activities. The Reservoir, when full, reaches an elevation of 7,811 feet. There are two boat ramps available on the reservoir. One is located at the Eastside campground; the other at Penisula campground. Take note that boat ramps cannot be used for most motorized watercraft when the water elevation reaches 7,790 feet or less. The power plant has a 3,158-kilovolt generator.

Camping: Most campsites are ready for trailer and RV camping. The inlet and a few spots on the peninsula are prepared for tent camping.

Picnicking: A few locations scattered around the reservoir are prepared for day use activities. Here you'll find picnic tables ready to go.
