There is also a parade, 5K Buffalo Fun Run, pancake breakfast, mock gunfights, music, and dancing. The Buffalo Barbecue at the end of Western Week is quite arguably the best part. Since 1947, hordes of hungry Western Week revelers attend the Buffalo BBQ on the last day of the festivities to enjoy delicious farm raised buffalo and all the fixins.
