Georgetown began as a mining camp in 1859. Although travelers were initially drawn to the area in search of gold and silver ore, it is now the natural beauty of this small community that attracts every age group.

Georgetown is located approximately 45 miles west of Denver. From Denver, take I-70 west. Take exit 228 to Georgetown.
